Dalmore 30 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, here in its 2023 edition. It spent thirty years maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon casks together with Graham's Port casks, and has a deep amber colour.
The nose offers ripe plums, dark chocolate, cinnamon and orange peel. On the palate there are toffee, espresso, nutmeg and dried fruits, with a sweetness of sherry and a touch of oak.
The finish is long, with a gentle warmth and hints of tropical fruits and spices.
