Dalmore King Alexander III is a single malt from Dalmore, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. Master distiller Richard Paterson chose malts of different ages for it and combined them from a wide range of casks.
Those casks include French wine casks, sherry butts, Madeira drums, Marsala barrels, bourbon barrels and port pipes. Bringing six kinds of wood together in one bottle is what defines this expression.
