Dalmore Quintessence is a limited-edition single malt from the Highland distillery. Master blender Richard Paterson created it in the 50th year of a career in the whisky industry. The whisky was matured in bourbon casks and then finished in five different types of Californian red-wine cask: Zinfandel, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Pinot Noir.
