Dalmore Tay Dram Season 2011 is an official Dalmore single malt, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Rivers Collection, a project that aimed to raise up to £400k for four Scottish fishing rivers.
The whisky was matured in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. At least £4 from each bottle went to the Tay Foundation, which protects and conserves the river. Dalmore itself stands in Alness, north of Inverness, on the Cromarty Firth.
