Dalmore – Vintage 2003

Dalmore Vintage 2003 is a single malt from the Highland distillery, distilled in 2003 and released as a limited edition. It was selected and bottled by Master Distiller Richard Paterson and his team. The whisky matured in a combination of ex-bourbon American oak casks and Oloroso sherry casks from Spain. The bottle carries the Dalmore stag symbol. On the nose it is typically described as orange marmalade, dates, vanilla and roasted almonds. The palate brings dark chocolate, candied orange, cinnamon, coffee and a light spiciness, followed by a long, warm finish with notes of oak and sherry.
