Dalrymple 2012 is technically a blended whisky, though 99.9 per cent of it comes from Aisha Bay.
It matured entirely in a sherry butt, which shows in its colour. The cask was filled on 17 March 2012 and the whisky bottled on 18 March 2026 at a cask strength of 65.4%, giving a robust but very flavourful dram.
