Dalwhinnie 12 Year Old Manager's Dram is a single malt from the Diageo Manager's Dram series, distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2009 at a natural cask strength of 57.5% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
It is described as light and floral in character, with subtle peat.
The nose offers dried apricot, golden raisins, blackberry, clove and fresh thyme, with subtle oak and sherry. On the palate there are candied orange peel, dark chocolate, toasted almonds and vanilla. The finish is long and warming, with spiced honey and gentle oak.
