Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old is a southern Highlands single malt and part of the Classic Malts range. Honey is its defining note.
It is golden yellow in colour. The nose is spicy, herbal and lightly smoky, with wax and honey, and stays close to the barley. The palate is sweet, echoing the nose.
The finish is milky with a slight bitterness, bringing liquorice, smoked barley, lemongrass and aniseed.
