Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old The Gentle Spirit is a Highlands single malt, matured for 15 years and bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from one of the highest whisky distilleries in the Scottish Highlands.
The aroma is floral, recalling flowering heather, with a gentle sweetness of honey and ripe fruit. Vanilla and spice sit within it, and a hint of peat smoke adds depth. Colouring is added and the whisky is chill-filtered.
