Dalwhinnie – 15 Year Old is a single malt whisky from Dalwhinnie (Highland). Aged 15 years, bottled at 43% ABV, 70cl. Dalwhinnie Distillery is situated in the Cairngorm mountains of the Scottish Highlands and is one of the highest distilleries in Scotland. It forms part of the celebrated Classic Malts of Scotland range, a collection of six single malts selected to represent the principal whisky-producing regions of the country, and is now operated by Diageo. This is the 15 Year Old expression bottled as part of the Classic Malts of Scotland series, presented at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The carton bears the distinctive Classic Malts quaich medallion and retains a J. Sainsbury plc retailer sticker, indicating it was sold through that supermarket group.
