This is a Highland single malt from Dalwhinnie, bottled at 43% as part of the Distillers Edition series. It was finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose offers heather honey, candied fruit and a touch of spice. On the palate there is malty sweetness, light fruit and dark chocolate. The finish is long, soft and slightly dry, with a warm, spicy aftertaste.
