A white IGT from Damijan Podversic with a sober, natural style. It is bright straw yellow, with delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus peel, white flowers and subtle herbaceous notes. The palate is slender, with balanced acidity and a pleasant sapidity that supports the sip without weighing it down. Serve fresh, preferably between 8 and 10 C, in a tulip glass. It pairs with seafood starters, raw dishes and tartare, fish and vegetable first courses, fresh cheeses and light dishes.
