Damijan Podversic Malvasia IGT shows a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose offers floral notes, white-fleshed fruit, aromatic herbs and moderate mineral touches. On the palate it has controlled freshness, a savoury texture, light-to-medium body and a clean, medium-persistent finish. It suits seafood dishes, light preparations, vegetables, starters and fresh cheeses, and is best served cool but not cold. Open the bottle shortly before serving and use a tulip glass.
