It combines lightly aged whiskey distilled in Indiana with natural, gluten-free lemon flavouring, and each small batch is blended by hand in San Diego. The producer is women-owned. Lemon sits at the centre while the whiskey keeps its warm base, so it does not read like a typical lemon liqueur. It starts with clean lemon and a lightly sweet whiskey character, and finishes smooth and mellow.
