Dangerous Don Espadin Cafe Mezcal (70cl)

A mezcal made from Espadin agave grown in the central valleys of Oaxaca, following traditional production with agave cooked in stone-lined underground pits. It is infused with coffee, selected for quality and aroma, before distillation in copper stills. Clear and bright in appearance, it shows smoke, chocolate and vanilla on the nose, followed by coffee. On the palate it is soft and velvety, moving from smoky to sweet, earthy and lightly spicy, with a long, persistent finish.
