A limited release bourbon from Dark Arts Whiskey House, finished in both red port and white port casks. Each component matures separately before the two are brought together.
The nose is bright, with orchard blossom, fresh-cut fruit, raspberry and soft pastry sweetness. On the palate come stone fruit, honeyed jam, baking spice and gentle floral tones, with a velvety texture. The finish is long and warming, with fig, plum, oak and lingering sweetness.
