Dark Door Spirit of the IPA Whiskey (75cl)

Dark Door Spirit of the IPA is a whiskey made by Cerberus Craft Distillery in partnership with Motorworks Brewing, a Tampa brewery. It comes in a 75cl bottle. The spirit is distilled from an IPA mash bill with a high proportion of hops, using Motorworks IPA, and blended with Cerberus' 3 year old corn whiskey. It is aged in various barrels, so the final blend differs from batch to batch. The colour is amber. The nose is hoppy and floral with vanilla, the palate is sweet vanilla, caramel and woody flavours, and the finish is refreshing citrus.
