This is a Blanche Armagnac from Gascony, made from Ugni Blanc and bottled at 49% in a 70cl bottle. Blanche is the unaged style of Armagnac.
Ugni Blanc is used in Gascony both for distillation, in about half of all distillations, and in the wines of the Côtes de Gascogne. It generally brings balance and finesse to the spirit.
It can be drunk neat or served in a long drink with cucumber, elderflower or orgeat.
