Deadwood Tumblin Dice 4 Year Heavy Rye Bourbon (75cl, 50%)

Deadwood Tumblin Dice is a straight bourbon from Deadwood, a Proof & Wood Ventures brand, bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof). The mash bill is heavy on rye: 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley. It was aged for a minimum of four years in new charred American oak and bottled in small batches of 20 barrels. The whiskey was distilled in Indiana and bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky. On the nose there are vanilla, ripe banana, caramel and toasted coconut, followed by rye dryness and apple-pie spice on the palate.
