This is a hand-filled single cask Deanston, distilled in 2017 and bottled at eight years old. It was finished in an Andean oak cask, made with oak from the Andes mountains in South America, and comes from cask #7817.
The Andean oak is said to give a subtle, elegant influence to the whisky. It is bottled at a cask strength of 56.9% ABV, with natural colour and without chill-filtration.
