Del Bac – Classic Unsmoked Single Malt (75cl)

Del Bac Classic is an unsmoked single malt whiskey from Arizona, modelled on a Highland or Speyside Scotch and without the smoke of the Islay styles. The nose offers caramel, molasses and marzipan. Ripe stone fruits come first on the palate, leading to a finish of spice and honey. It is worth letting the whiskey rest in the glass for a few minutes after pouring, before nosing and tasting.
