San Luis del Rio is a mezcal from Del Maguey, named after the village in Mexico where it was produced.
On the nose it is spicy and smoky, with honey, vanilla and a hint of coffee alongside citrus. The citrus returns on the palate, joined by buttery, creamy and caramelised notes.
The finish is long and still spicy, with ginger and cloves.
