Del Maguey Santo Domingo Albarradas Mezcal (70cl)

Santo Domingo Albarradas is a mezcal from Del Maguey, distilled solely from the juice of Espadin agave grown in the Mixe area, a region south of Oaxaca. It is aged for almost two years in cask before bottling. It is clear in the glass, with tropical fruit, citrus and conference pear on the nose. The palate is dry and intense, echoing the aromas, followed by hints of spice and wood. It can be sipped neat or used in cocktails.
