Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal 100% Tobala The Wild Mountain Maguey

This single village mezcal from Del Maguey is made entirely from Tobala agave, a variety sweeter and more fruity than the traditional one. It is rare to find, gives a small yield and can only be grown at high altitude. The nose is sweet and fruity, with mango, cinnamon and vanilla. The palate follows the nose and adds pleasant smoky notes. The finish is long and flavourful, ending on spice as the cinnamon returns.
