Del Professore Vermouth di Torino Rosso (75cl)

Vermouth di Torino Rosso from Del Professore is made from white and red wines that are 100% Italian, flavoured only with botanical ingredients. It then spends six months in small oak barrels, which deepens the woody, balsamic and minty character. It is deep red with orange glints in the glass. The nose is warm, minty and balsamic, recalling old pharmacy mixtures. The palate is full and round, with a slightly bitter aftertaste and a soft tannin.
