Delamain Pleiade Collection Revelation Cognac (70cl)

Delamain Pleiade Collection Revelation is a cognac from the house of Delamain, founded in 1759. It is selected from single reserves distilled in Grande Champagne, where chalky soils give the aromas depth and intensity. A long ageing in French oak gives it a bright amber colour with golden honey tones. It comes in a 70cl bottle in a box. On the nose there are vine flowers, then more evolved vanilla, leather and tobacco, with a touch of caramel and spice. The palate is velvety, with ripe fruit, toasted hazelnut and spiced wood, and warmth balanced by fresh acidity. The finish is long.
