This is a non-vintage Cognac from Delamain, the house founded in Jarnac by James Delamain in 1759. It belongs to the Pléiade range, whose Cognacs are single barrels chosen personally by Cellar Master Dominique Touteau from the house's historic cellars.
La Rambaudie is a very old Grande Champagne eau-de-vie that comes exclusively from the village of Malaville. It was matured in a single 350-litre barrel.
