Dellavalle Affinata in Botti da Porto is an aged grappa from Piedmont, distilled from the best pomace of the Monferrato. It was distilled in small stills in a bain-marie and then rested for ten years in casks that previously held Port.
The grappa is intense and sweet. The nose is clean and powerful, with vanilla, pear, apricot and caramel.
