Dented Brick Distillery Barrel Finished Straight Rye is made in Utah from a rye-forward mash bill of rye grain, corn and malted barley. It is matured in oak, finished in secondary barrels and bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
Spice and cracked pepper lead, softened by vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and a touch of dark sugar. The texture is smooth and velvety, and the finish is long and warming, with lingering rye heat and subtle sweetness.
