Devils River Rye is a rye whiskey bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The mash bills combine corn and malted barley with just enough rye to balance them, so spice is set against the smoothness of the corn and barley.
On the palate it shows vanilla, dried apples and pepper, followed by a clean, rich finish. It can be drunk neat, on the rocks or in cocktails.
