Dewar's 15 Year Old The Monarch is a blended Scotch whisky created by the Dewar family, in a 200ml bottle at 40% abv. It is double-aged: after the initial maturation and blending, the whisky spends a further six months marrying in oak casks.
The flavour combines malt with toffee, floral notes and rich honey, and finishes long and lingering. It is suggested as an Elderflower Highball, served over cubed ice with soda.
