Dewar's 19 Year Old Champions Edition is a blended Scotch whisky bottled at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is a limited annual release, created by master blender Stephanie Macleod to mark the brand's partnership with the USGA and the US Open Championship.
The blend brings together 40 grain and single malt whiskies, with Aberfeldy as the heart malt.
The nose offers Manuka honey, toasted English muffin, vanilla, coconut and baking spice. The palate is creamy, with salted caramel and a saline edge, then chocolate, nougat and cinnamon-spiced apple. The finish is medium to long, with soft lime, banana and ripe cherries, ending on butterscotch and spice.
