Dewar's Double Double 21 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky created by master blender Stephanie Macleod, in a 375ml bottle.
It goes through four stages of ageing. Single malts and single grains are aged separately for at least 21 years, then each group is blended and rested in exhausted casks. The two blends are then married and rested again in exhausted casks, before the whisky finishes its maturation in ex-oloroso sherry casks.
