Dewar's Double Double 27 Years Old is a blended Scotch whisky bottled at 46% ABV. It goes through a four-stage maturation, ending with an extra-long finish in carefully chosen sherry casks.
The nose brings dried figs, raisins and dark honey, with orange peel, almond, a little spice and a touch of dark chocolate. The palate is full and silky, with dried fruit, caramel, nuts and warm spices. The finish is long and warming, with raisins, cocoa, orange zest and spiced oak.
