Diktamo Wild Herbs Liqueur (70cl)

A Mediterranean herbal liqueur produced by Roots, made from wild herbs gathered in uncontaminated areas of Greece. The herbs undergo slow maceration to extract their characteristic aromas. The result is a complex aromatic profile with balsamic, spicy and fresh notes, balanced between sweetness and bitterness. It works as a digestif or as an ingredient in sophisticated cocktails. It pairs well with dark chocolate desserts, nut-fruit tarts and cocktails that highlight its herbal depth.
