Dimple Pinch 15 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky bottled at 43% ABV in a 1.75 litre bottle. The grain whisky comes from Cameronbridge, and the malt content comes from Glenkinchie in the Lowlands and Linkwood in Speyside.
All the components were matured for at least 15 years in ex-bourbon oak casks before being married. It is presented in the brand's three-sided dimpled bottle.
The nose is dry cereal and hay with cooked rice, a hint of iodine and a little smoke. The palate starts bold and grainy, then turns to warm malt, soft peat smoke, toffee and burnt oak. The finish is moderately long and gently smoky, with toffee, sea salt and a dry peaty note.
