Dingle – Conocht an Earraigh is an irish whiskey from Dingle. Bottled at 50.5% ABV, 70cl. Another exciting release in Dingle Distillery's Celtic Wheel of the Year series – Cónocht an Earraigh. Produced to celebrate the spring equinox, when night and day align, and the energy of the earth comes into balance. This release has been matured in first-fill bourbon casks before a long finish in Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks. Boasts rich red fruits, subtle spice, gingerbread, fruit tart, and treacle toffee. Limited to 3000 bottles released.
