Dingle Lá le Bríde is a triple-distilled Irish single malt in a 70cl bottle at 50.5% ABV. It is the second release in Dingle Distillery's Wheel of the Year series, named after Imbolc, or St Brigid's Day, the Celtic festival that marks the beginning of spring. The whiskey spent about five and a half years in first-fill Bourbon casks, then roughly eighteen months in first-fill Rye casks. It is non-chill filtered, has no added colour, and 10,000 bottles were released. The notes describe honey, crushed raspberries and custard creams on the nose, then spice, mixed herbs and chewy caramel on the palate, and toffee dissolving into spiced fruit in the finish.

Tasting Notes

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
