Dingle Lunasa is an Irish single malt from the Wheel of the Year Series, a collection built around the Celtic wheel of the year. The name refers to the festival of Lugh, which he created in memory of his foster mother Tailtiu.
The whiskey matured in bourbon casks and was finished in bourbon casks from Widow Jane of Brooklyn, New York. It is bottled at 50.5% without added colour and without chill-filtration.
The flavour is rich and full, with red berries, salted caramel, ginger and spices.
