Dingle – Samhain Single Malt Irish Whiskey (70cl, 50.5%)

Dingle Samhain is a triple-distilled Irish single malt in a 700ml bottle, bottled at 50.5% ABV. It was matured in first-fill Bourbon casks, then finished for two years in first-fill Muscatel casks. It is non-chill filtered and bottled without added colour. Samhain opened Dingle Distillery's Wheel of the Year series in October 2022, and it was the first cask-finished whiskey the distillery released. The name comes from the Celtic festival of fire and feasting that marks the start of the Celtic New Year. Production was limited to 10,000 bottles. The nose is warm and floral with citrus and cherry. The palate brings raisins, almonds, sweet spice and raspberry, and the long finish has summer fruits, pepper and cinnamon.
