Dingle Gheimhridh is an Irish single malt in a 70cl bottle, the fifth release in the Wheel of the Years series. The series draws on the old Celtic calendar, and this bottling honours Grianstad an Gheimhridh, the winter solstice.
Grianstad means 'the stopping of the sun'. The whisky is tied to that point in the year when the dark nights draw in.
