Dingle – Single Malt Irish Whiskey

This is the core single malt from Dingle Whiskey Distillery in Co. Kerry, Ireland. The distillery was founded in the winter of 2012 by Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley, the three people behind Porterhouse Brewing Company, an early name in Irish craft brewing from 1996. At the time only three major distilleries were producing Irish whiskey, and Dingle began in a tin shed in the town. The distillery began with batched releases and still sells limited editions alongside this single malt. It remains privately owned.
