Dingle Single Malt is an Irish single malt from Dingle Distillery, released as a permanent part of its range. It is matured in ex-Bourbon and PX sherry casks, with 39% of the whiskey from Bourbon casks and 61% from PX sherry casks.
It is bottled at 46.3% and is non-chill filtered. The component casks come forward at different stages as the whiskey develops, which makes it an interesting dram.
