Dingle Single Malt is a triple-distilled Irish single malt, matured in sherry and bourbon casks. It is natural colour and non-chill-filtered, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose offers juicy pear and apricot with fruit gums, lifted by lime zest and fresh mint. On the palate, orchard fruit and creamy caramel meet oak spice, with sweet raisins and vanilla custard over the top. The finish starts with milk chocolate and fresh honey bread, leaving a little allspice and roasted notes.
