This is a new release of Dingle's single pot still whiskey, bottled at 46.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled.
The whiskey matured in a combination of bourbon, Oloroso sherry, Pedro Ximenez sherry and red wine casks. It is bottled without chill-filtration or added colouring.
The cask mix gives a full-bodied structure with fine notes of fruit, sugar and nuts.
