Discarded Grape Skin Vodka is a zero-waste vodka in a 70cl bottle, made from grape skins left over from winemaking.
The skins are distilled and then combined with Chardonnay wine alcohol from the de-alcoholisation of wine, which gives a fruit-forward spirit.
The aroma opens with crisp green apple, moving into almond croissant and a bright lychee lift. The mouthfeel is luscious, with Williams pear, guava and starfruit, and a finish of pink peppercorns.
