Doc Holliday 10 Year is a bourbon distilled in Oklahoma and aged for ten years in new charred American oak barrels. It is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 100ml bottle shaped like a shotgun shell, a limited edition that draws on the Wild West legend of Doc Holliday.
The nose brings toasted oak, vanilla bean, caramel and soft brown sugar with a hint of warm spice. On the palate are toffee, honeyed oak, baking spice and subtle dried fruit with gentle sweetness. The finish is clean and mellow, with lingering vanilla, light oak and a touch of spice.
