Doc Holliday 10 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the World Whiskey Society, in a 75cl bottle at 60.75% ABV. It is named after John Henry 'Doc' Holliday, the dentist turned gambler and gunfighter.
The bourbon spent ten years in new charred American oak barrels and is bottled at barrel entry proof, non-chill filtered.
The nose runs from caramel and butterscotch to oak spice, toasted vanilla and dark fruit. The palate is bold, with baking spices, dark chocolate, honey and leather. The finish is long and warm, with black pepper, cinnamon and smoky sweetness.
