This is Doc Holliday 11 Year Old straight bourbon, a limited edition made in the Kentucky tradition by Western Spirits Beverage Company. It was aged for 11 years in new charred oak barrels and is bottled in 75cl. It pays tribute to the Old West figure Doc Holliday.
It comes in a vintage-style faux leather doctor's bag with a brass steer head detail and an embossed Western label.
The tasting notes describe a nose of toasted oak, aged leather, sweet tobacco and vanilla bean. The palate offers caramelised brown sugar, dried stone fruit, cinnamon and charred oak. The finish is long, dry and spiced, with lasting oak.
