Doc Holliday 13 Year is a bourbon from the World Whiskey Society, aged for 13 years and finished in Armagnac casks. It has an amber colour.
The nose offers apricot, grape, baker's chocolate and seasoned oak. On the palate there is oak, vanilla and caramel, with light raspberry and a hint of spice. The finish carries dried fruit, black cherry, old oak and earthy notes.
